Hi, I’m Daniel Loosli. Over the past years, I’ve helped build and grow startups in areas like fintech, e-commerce, health, real estate. I’ve always been hands-on from the early idea stage to execution.
At Sparrow Ventures (Migros), I was in charge of growth and brand development. That meant shaping strategy, testing markets, aligning stakeholders and making sure things actually moved forward. I’m someone who likes to work with both numbers and creative ideas, and I try to connect teams around a clear direction that makes sense for the business and the people involved.
Next to that, I’ve worked across other industries too — mainly sports, outdoor and food. I was a pro freeskier for many years, which opened the door to working with brands on campaigns, creative direction and talent management. I learned a lot by switching roles and perspectives, and that helps me today to understand what makes a brand or product relevant in different contexts.
I don’t have a master’s degree, but the projects I’ve worked on have taught me how to think strategically, act fast, and deal with real-life business challenges.

At Sparrow Ventures (Migros), I took end-to-end ownership of building new ventures from initial validation through launch and scaling. I co-founded and scaled startups across fintech, e-commerce, and real estate, driving go-to-market strategies, growth initiatives, and brand development. I build brands through culture, storytelling and real experience.
I’ve always combined my passion for freestyle skiing with brand building. What started as a personal pursuit became a way to shape creative strategy and drive real value for brands.
I work with companies and founders on brand positioning, campaigns and partnerships, based on hands-on experience with lifestyle and ski brands like Simply, Phaenom and Oakley. Through my boutique agency, I manage athletes and create brand activations that connect talent with long-term goals.

After completing Sekundarschule A and a transitional year in IT, I pursued a federally certified education in photography and B2B Sales at Light + Byte AG in Zurich. Graduating with distinction (5.4), I entered the workforce early—choosing practical experience over academic studies for private reasons.
Since then, I’ve consistently proven my ability to learn fast. My journey reflects what I value most: adaptability, initiative, and the ability to perform at a high level—regardless of the traditional academic path.
